What is LASE?

The Center Conducts

an Academic Program in Liberal Arts Sciences and Engineering (LASE)

• A liberal arts program for IITB UG students available after their first year
• Open to any UG student from any branch/school
  • Entry through exam/interview: 30 seats only!
• Foundation courses in the second year (compulsory):Modern South Asia, Inequality & Society, History of Science, Digital Lives, Reading & Writing
• Choice of concentration between:
  • Natural sciences, Engineering Sciences, social sciences, Art and Design, or Custom-designed by students
